Made from organic grapes and organic cherry juice (4%), as well as natural cherry flavors (0.2%).

Aceto balsamico all’amarena contains no added sugar or colorants. It pairs well drizzled over grilled meat, mixed with olive oil for a delightful tomato salad, and is also a perfect choice for festive salads with crispy kale and orange. Balsamic all’amarena is excellent for a cheese platter and for marinating berries, as well as drizzling over vanilla ice cream.

Just like several of our balsamic vinegars, it’s great for mixing refreshing drinks.
