Orders

Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.

Back-orders
If your order contains an item that we currently don’t have in stock, your order will be dived into two shipments, and you will therefore have to pay for the delivery for both shipments. In the case you don’t want the item, please let us know: post@new-mags.com

Delivery

We got you covered! We offer delivery worldwide. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. In the link you will be able to track the shipment status of your parcel. 

The freight is calculated based on size and weight. We ship the products in boxes of 25 kg. The freight prices will vary from country to country, but if you wish to know your estimated freight prices please make your order and you will receive a proforma, where the shipping costs will show.

Yes, you can use your own forwarder. It is possible for you to use are secondary delivery address as well.

Returns

If you want to return an item, please contact us within 5 days. Please make sure the items are packed safely and enclose the order conformation in the package. You will get your refund once we have approved the item’s condition. The costs of the return are at your own expense.
