Olio Extra Vergine Al Tartufo Bianco D' alba

Organic olive oil flavoured with a natural aroma of white truffle from the area of Alba. This olive oil is extra virgin and is made from the Correggioli olives. The oil has a clear and elegant taste of truffle and is perfect for drizzling over a risotto or a good pasta with mushrooms and salsiccia. It too is excellent as a flavour enhancer in your own mayonnaise and sauces.

Ingredients: Superior category cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Made from Corregiolo* olives 95%. Natural white Alba truffle flavouring 5%. *Organic ingredient. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place, not above room temperature and with the cork in.
